During the completion of the purchase of your investment, we will sign a property management agreement. This will allow us to advertise for, interview and analyze the creditworthiness of potential tenants. We will get the lease and other paperwork in order to move the tenants in.

During the lease, we will collect payment from the tenants, receive their complaints/concerns and contract for maintenance items for the property. You will receive monthly and annual statements.
